I cannot say enough amazing things about Fernando and the entire team at D & D Wheel Aligning! I honestly went from complete panic mode to total relief because of the incredible care, honesty, and professionalism I experienced there. I took my BMW X1 into Discount Tire before my family’s big move from Texas to Oregon because I wanted to make sure everything was safe, maintained, and road-trip ready. I had already done a bunch of work myself, including replacing the brakes and changing the oil and filters, so when Discount Tire called and told me they couldn’t do the alignment because of a suspension issue, my heart dropped into my stomach. They kindly referred me to D & D Wheel Aligning, but if I’m being real, I was skeptical at first. These days, it can feel hard to know who you can truly trust with your vehicle. I even contacted BMW in Pharr, hoping for guidance, only to be told they wouldn’t help because my BMW is over 10 years old. That was frustrating and, honestly, discouraging. I will never stop recommending this place to everyone i know. They’re courteous and super friendly and helped so much after going through so much. This is my backstory: I took my car to hacienda ford it being a ford vehicle. They initially diagnosed my vehicle which they charged 185 for the diagnostic and came back to tell me it was the tensioner pulley. I was quoted 600 to fix it. I took it to another outside shop and they fixed it and told me it wasnt needed as the noise was still there and the pulley was fine!! I take it back to the dealership and told them mind you, they had it for over a month only to tell me it was the alternator. Ive never had issues with the vehicle not starting or lights dimming and I as a woman knew it couldnt be. I was quoted 1700 to get it fixed and i asked if they guarantee that it will fix the issue and they said they couldn’t guarantee it and if the noise was still there i would have to bring it back for further diagnosing. They are incompetent and im not sure who they have back there as their “technicians” because i highly doubt theyre even qualified. I told them to bring me my car and took it to D&D auto shop in mcallen that told me in less than 4

I had an absolutely incredible experience with D & D Wheel Aligning. I have been going to them for years with all my vehicles. This time I brought in my 2014 Ford Explorer needing quite a bit of work—shocks and struts, motor mounts, catalytic converters, and a few additional repairs. From start to finish, their team was professional, honest, and incredibly easy to work with. When I got my vehicle back, it honestly felt like I was driving a brand-new car again. The difference was night and day. Their attention to detail and the quality of their workmanship truly stand out. What impressed me even more than the work itself was the way they treated me kind, generous, and fair. Their pricing was very reasonable, especially considering the level of service and results they delivered. If you’re looking for a trustworthy shop that does top-notch work, I highly recommend D & D Wheel Aligning. They exceeded my expectations in every way. Thanks again!

I was recommended to come here for an alignment for my Mercedes sprinter 2500 I dropped off my vehicle. I was called a few hours later and it was done and my wheel was straight and the alignment came out great. I feel like they charged me a fair price for my big vehicle and I’m very happy. Thank you very much.
